Terms & Conditions when buying Bio-Asli products.

  • Products that have been purchased can't be returned.
  • Payment can be made through the cash deposit machine, credit card or online banking.
  • You will be contacted by the company to make sure the product order, recipient name, recipient mobile number or delivery address is accurate and correct to prevent from any problems that may occur such as late delivery, wrong address, wrong recipient name or etc.
  • Product delivery will take place within 24-48 hours via POS LAJU, POS MALAYSIA or GDEX EXPRESS after company completed your order. For international delivery, company will used POSLAJU EMS @ POS MALAYSIA INTERNATIONAL.
  • If the item arrives damaged, please notify the company within 2 weeks after receive items, if not, any claims will not be entertained. For items that aren't claimed by the buyer and already been in post office for too long and maybe the probability item been damaged, so we should not be blamed or responsible on damages incurred as it is outside our jurisdiction.
  • We are sorry for any inconvenience that can been happen but we will try to cope as best we can.
  • This is a traditional preparation, the efficacy has been proven but it depends on each individual's response. If symptoms persist, please seek treatment related.
