the items. (Delivery

receiver in home,
agent courier will
leave a card. You
have to take the
item at nearest
courier branch. |

Bio-Asli can only
check the item

- Address not clear.
- No recipient.
- Unclaimed.
- The road not exist.

Any items that didn't reach to the customer will be sent back to Bio-Asli. Bio-Asli will contact the customer for second time delivery and the customer have to pay the additional charges. |
