Registration and membership status. Starting from 1 Februari 2012, Bio-Asli has determined for those who sign up and don't make any purchase from any plan that been offered within 30 days from the date of registration, the membership registration will be deleted. At Bio-Asli, goals to success, efforts to achieve success and benefit, everything has to be doing together. Therefore, succeed or fail, sooner or later someone who want to achieve success in Bio-Asli system is intimately linked to each of the members in its network.

The great person, tireless effort, sponsored relentless, never fails in monthly purchase, but if its network layout weak because of someone who no effort and determination, never sponsor new prospects, and didn't make any monthly purchase, meaning it will have the problem to achieve all the benefits available in the Bio-Asli.

Therefore, we must care about other people's hard work, help them to achieve their dreams of success including you. If not, you not only frustrate yourself but you also retard and hinder the success of others.

Therefore, to ensure the effectiveness of the system and realize the dream of success many Bio-Asli Member's, the company already outline the resolution as follow :-

Resolution (1).

1.1     Any member, from any network in Bio-Asli network, who be found not active, don't show commitment, never sponsor new members as downline and don't make monthly purchase within (3) months and been identified by their 'Upline', then 'Upline' informed to the company to take action, then if the company finds that the reports and claims by "Upline" were right and justified, then the member position can be substitute in the original network layout or the membership will be deleted from Bio-Asli database immediately. Therefore, the Bio-Asli Membership for that person also voided and all the necessary facilities and benefits gained as member will be disqualified. Placement or position of their membership in the network layout will be replaced by other member, with the approval of 'direct sponsor' and 'Upline'.

1.2     However, these things can only be implemented after the procedure below are followed :-

1.4     The company will inform about the decisions to 'Upline' and member ('Downline').

1.5     However, the member can re-register anytime as a Bio-Asli Member (free), and therefore eligible for all benefits and facilities which should be available to every member of the Bio-Asli.

Resolution (2).

2.1     Any member, from any network in Bio-Asli network, who be found not active, don't show commitment, never sponsor new members as downline and don't make monthly purchase within (6) months, then the member position can be substitute in the original network layout or the membership will be deleted from Bio-Asli database immediately. Therefore, the Bio-Asli Membership for that person also voided and all the necessary facilities and benefits gained as member will be disqualified.

2.2     Placement or position of their membership in the network layout will be replaced by other member, with the approval of 'direct sponsor' and 'Upline'.

2.3     For this section, the procedure assessment (1). Section 1.2 doesn't need to be implemented.

2.4     However, the member can re-register anytime as a Bio-Asli Member (free), and therefore eligible for all benefits and facilities which should be available to every member of the Bio-Asli.     

Note : This is not usual practice by Bio-Asli to remove or delete membership from our database. However, in order to maintain member welfare and benefit, this rule is appropriate and reasonable. This is to ensure that they (Bio-Asli Member) can achieve the dream to generate high income and becoming The Silent Millionaire.
