It is hereby confirmed that the company is entitled to consider any resolution or any amendment to any problem and in any case, in this system, either in connection with the marketing plan, the administration commission, percentage commission, the amount of product, price, content, size and shape of the product offerings, any shape, number and value of prizes to be awarded, as well as determine the membership status based on existing regulations understandable by all members, without the prior consent of any party. All prizes or commissions or any compensation if it is not claimed by the member concerned for a period of 2 years from the date the offer is considered not interested in or to reject it and thus offer will be void and the company reserves the right to not give commission @ gift @ compensation.
